August 16, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #9 Title APPROVAL OF RATIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH SKY FAMILY YMCA, INC Description An agreement with Sky Family YMCA Inc. for child care services at Laurel Nokomis School for the 2016-17 school year was approved on May 3, 2016. Laurel Nokomis School has subsequently decided to run its own after school care program and terminate the agreement with the YMCA. Principal Raymond Wilson sent the YMCA notification of the contract's termination on July 21, 2016. Recommendation That the School Board ratify terminations of the Agreement with Sky Family YMCA for after school care at Laurel Nokomis School dated May 3, 2016.
